Abstract
Trans Metro Dewata merupakan salah satu angkutan umum yang dikelola oleh konsorsium PT. Satria Trans Jaya yang terdiri dari empat perusahaan armada lokal di Bali, yaitu PT Gunung Harta, PT Dewata Tourist Transport, PT Restu Mulya Mandiri, dan PT Merpati Bali Prima. Sistem transportasi ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kemacetan di daerah pariwisata seperti Denpasar, Badung, Gianyar, dan Tabanan, serta menjadi solusi efisien untuk mobilitas masyarakat. Program Buy The Service (BTS) yang diterapkan pada Trans Metro Dewata diatur oleh Kementerian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dilakukan pengadaan petugas pramujasa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan bus Trans Metro Dewata dengan memperhatikan aspek keamanan, keselamatan, kenyamanan, keterjangkauan, kesetaraan, dan keteraturan.
