Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dan penataan ruang parkir di fX Sudirman Jakarta Pusat sebagai kawasan yang terintegrasi dengan konsep Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei langsung pada hari kerja dan hari libur dengan pengamatan volume kendaraan, akumulasi parkir, kapasitas parkir, dan indeks parkir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas parkir eksisting sebesar 1.415 SRP yang terdiri dari 816 SRP motor dan 597 SRP mobil masih mampu memenuhi kebutuhan parkir. Indeks parkir tertinggi terjadi pada hari libur yaitu sebesar 98% untuk motor dan 96% untuk mobil. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, direncanakan pengalokasian 50% area parkir sebagai fasilitas pendukung TOD seperti park and ride, shelter sepeda, charging station kendaraan listrik, serta optimalisasi area drop off dan pick up guna mendukung transportasi berkelanjutan.
