Abstract
Perkembangan pesat teknologi informasi telah membuka peluang efisiensi dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk transportasi. PT. Rosalia Indah Transport menghadapi tantangan dalam proses pelaporan dan pemantauan temuan pelanggaran penumpang, yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah website berbasis MySQL dan PHP dengan framework XAMPP untuk meningkatkan efisiensi sistem pelaporan dan pemantauan temuan pelanggaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa digitalisasi pelaporan melalui website mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan akurasi data, meskipun masih diperlukan evaluasi dan pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam aspek keamanan dan integrasi sistem.
