Abstract
Magang merupakan salah satu persyaratan akademik bagi taruna/i Politeknik Keselamatan Transportasi Jalan dalam menerapkan ilmu yang telah diperoleh selama perkuliahan ke dalam dunia kerja. Laporan ini berisi hasil kegiatan magang yang dilaksanakan di PT Pandawa Wolu Pitu, sebuah perusahaan transportasi yang bergerak di bidang angkutan penumpang, khususnya jasa pariwisata. Pada laporan ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas operasional perusahaan, termasuk pemanfaatan sistem digital dalam pemesanan layanan, peningkatan pelatihan keselamatan bagi pengemudi, serta optimalisasi media sosial sebagai strategi pemasaran.
