Abstract
Pengujian kendaraan bermotor merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan yang bertujuan untuk menjamin keselamatan pada masyarakat, kelayakan teknis, serta kelestarian lingkungan dari kendaraan yang beroperasi di jalan. Penelitian/laporan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme pelayanan, prosedur pelaksanaan, serta sarana dan prasarana pada Unit Pelaksana Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor (UP PKB) Ujung Menteng. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dan studi dokumentasi terhadap sistem pelayanan uji berkala kendaraan bermotor.
