Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi protokol mitigasi risiko tumpahan limbah B3 pada kegiatan bongkar muat di PT Dowa Eco System Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan menilai tingkat risiko, serta observasi, studi dokumen SOP, dan wawancara untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pengendalian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai potensi bahaya, tingkat risiko, dan efektivitas protokol mitigasi yang diterapkan serta menghasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan kerja dan pengendalian lingkungan.
